At NueCog, we are committed to fulfilling your order promptly and delivering your research compounds safely and discreetly, wherever you are in the world. All orders are shipped with free standard delivery — no minimum order required.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery windows based on your region:

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to all regions we serve. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to NueCog or the contents on the exterior. This ensures your privacy and discretion throughout the delivery process. Inner packaging is designed to protect the integrity of your compounds during transit.
Customs & Import Duties
NueCog covers all applicable duties and import taxes — there are no additional charges to you upon delivery. However, please note that import regulations vary by country, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the compounds you are ordering are permitted for research use in your jurisdiction.
In rare cases, customs authorities may delay or inspect shipments. NueCog cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, but we will work with you to resolve any issues where possible.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
